SECURE PAYMENT
Once you have selected the item(s) you would like to add to your shopping basket you have the option to view your shopping basket or proceed straight to checkout at the top right of each page of the Site. Once you are at the checkout you will be asked to fill in your details. We only ask you for details that are essential for delivery. You will then be asked to confirm the billing address.
You can pay via two secure ways:
Credit/Debit Card- We accept Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Solo, Visa Debit and Visa Electron. We us Protx which is the very well established and secure payment system, enabeling you to safely and simply make payments over the internet.
Postal Order/ Cheque - made payable to Echo Interiors, and posted to 21 Redan Street, London W14 0AB
Select the payment you wish to use and you will be taken to a page summarizing your details previously added, all of which can be edited. Once you have confirmed these details you will be asked to place your order. You will then be directed to the Protx secure site where you will complete your card details. You will only be asked for information that is essential to process your payment.
We take payment from your card at the time we receive your order, once we have checked your card details and stock availability. Goods are subject to availability. In the event that we are unable to supply the goods, we will inform you of this as soon as possible. A full refund will be given where you have already paid for the goods.
Once your payment has been accepted you will be given a order reference that you will need when making any enquires regarding your order. We recommend that you print out your invoice for reference.
NO CREDIT OR DEBIT CARD DETAILS ARE STORED ONCE YOUR ORDER HAS BEEN PROCESSED. This is why you need to enter your card details each time you order.
All prices include VAT (where applicable) at the applicable current rate but exclude delivery charges.
